Research interests
I am a Postgraduate Fellow at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria where I am pursuing a PhD on Historical Pragmatics. I am also collaborating on a research project on corpora construction, namely, Corpus of Early English Recipes (Coer). My research interests are English language, (Historical) Pragmatics, (Historical) Discourse Analysis and corpora construction. I have also engaged in the study of evidential and other modal strategies in English and Spanish.
